"Not worth the risk for us"
My cat had some weird side effects after using this, and it made me really uneasy. Maybe it works fine for other pets, but for us it felt like a preventable problem that I wish we’d avoided. I wouldn’t take the chance again...

"I really wanted this to work, but..."
I really wanted this to work, but the smell was bad right away and the texture was oddly thick and gritty. My dog wouldn’t even go near it, so that was disappointing. I guess not every product is going to be a hit, but it still felt like a bit of a waste of money.

"Pretty frustrating experience"
I reached out to NHV Natural Pet Products about my order a few times and never really got a clear response back. It felt like no one was around checking messages. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but being left hanging is frustrating. Overall, not a great experience for me, and I probably won’t order again.

I really wanted this to be one of those products that actually worked, but my dog was absolutely not having it. Am I the only one with a pet who can sniff out anything new no matter how well you hide it? I tried mixing it into wet food, treats, even a little broth, and he still just sniffed it and walked away. Maybe it’s great for other pets, but for us it ended up being a waste since I couldn’t get him to take it at all

"Went bad way too quickly"
I opened it, put it right back in the fridge like I normally would, and somehow it still spoiled really fast which was frustrating because I expected it to last longer after opening.

"The dropper and syringe honestly just stress me out"
I really wanted to like this and make it part of my routine, but the dropper and syringe are so frustrating to deal with. The markings are hard to see, so every time I try to measure it out, I end up second-guessing myself and getting annoyed. It just feels like I’m wasting product, which makes it even more irritating considering the price. I expected it to feel a lot easier and more thoughtfully designed

"Reordering was honestly frustrating"
I just wanted to buy the same items again, but the whole process felt way more complicated than it should’ve been. I had to click around so much, and there wasn’t an easy “repeat order” option. After a while, I got really irritated and just gave up.

I tried placing an order, but the checkout process was a mess. It felt clunky, there were too many steps, and the pages were loading slowly. I also had to re-enter the same info more than once, and that part was weird. I ended up giving up before I even paid. It really should be a lot easier than this...

Trying to cancel my subscription was a pain lol. I couldn’t just do it easily on my own, and I ended up having to email them twice before it finally got sorted. Super annoying tbh

"Refund turned into a hassle"
The return itself was already annoying, but the refund was the real headache. I kept getting vague promises like “we’ll look into it” or “it should be processed soon,” but nothing actually happened unless I followed up again.
Maybe the products work fine for other people, but the whole after-order experience left a bad taste for me. I wouldn’t buy again unless they get much clearer and faster with returns and refunds

i had a hard time figuring out what was actually in this. the ingredient info just felt kind of vague, and i wish the label spelled things out a bit more clearly.

The dosage directions weren’t very clear to me. From the way it was worded, I assumed one amount at first, but then second-guessed myself and wasn’t really sure how much I should be giving my pet. I wish the instructions were a little more straightforward

My order ended up getting here way later than expected, and the tracking didn’t really update much along the way. It was just one of those things where you’re left guessing what’s going on. I probably wouldn’t count on them if you need something for your pet by a certain time

"Bottle was kind of a leaky mess"
My order came in one of those soft mailer things with not much padding, and one of the bottles had leaked all over inside. It was sticky, the label was sort of peeling off, and the cap seemed loose or something. The whole package had a weird smell too. I emailed them about it, but yeah, it’s just annoying to get pet stuff like that. For what it cost, I figured it’d be packed a little better

"Kind of hard to find what I needed"
I was just trying to browse for a supplement for my dog, but the site was frustrating to use. Maybe I missed something obvious, but it didn’t feel very straightforward.
The menus seemed a bit all over the place, and I kept clicking into pages that weren’t really what I expected. The filters didn’t help much for me either, and trying to go back and compare a few products felt more annoying than it should have.
I’m sure the products might be good, I can’t really say, but the website made me give up before I got that far. It just felt like too much effort for something that should’ve been a quick shop.
